Time for another trash talk post, because I have (as usual) a pile of empties. Some of these have even been moving houses with me. I moved trash just to be able to write this post. How crazy am I from a scale from 1 to 10?
Anyways, I really like talking about the products I’ve used up and write some mini reviews about them all.
#51 L’Oreal Elvital Nutri-Gloss Shampoo: This was OK, but nothing special I think. Did give a lot of shine though as promised, which I really like, but it did lack a bit in the volume department which I value just as much. The scent was pleasant though. Don’t really know how to describe it besides that it looks like hairdresser.
#52 L’Oreal Elvital Nutri-Gloss Conditioner: Same as the shampoo. Don’t mind them, but they are not new favorites.
#53 I Love…Strawberries & Cream Body Butter: Very candy like scent without being overwhelming. I think the strawberries add a bit of freshness to it. The body butter was OK. I felt like it didn’t sink into my skin as fast as good quality body butters do, but it did give a lot of moisture. Considered it’s cheap I don’t think it’s bad. I may pick it up in another scent later on.
#54 Dermavio Mango Body Butter: Never tried or heard anything about this brand but it cost next to nothing, and I knew I had to bring this home when I discovered the scent on the tester in the store. It smells divine! I love mango scented soaps and body butters so this was just my thing. Does the job nicely, actually kind of similar as #53. Gets the job done but you kind of can tell it’s not high end. The scent totally makes up for it. Luckily I got three at the same time, so I still have more of this.
#55 LUSH Ro’s Argan Body Conditioner: This is a beautifully moisturizing body conditioner. A unique product I haven’t seen anything similar too. Gives moisture like a oil but looks and feels like a cream. The scent is also wonderful. I have used several pots of this before, and I probably will finish more in the future.
#56 Haus Of Gloi Pumpkin Butter “Persephone’s Decent”: The product needs no introduction. I have been raving about them over and over again. This is a mini size of a new scent I wanted to test (new to me at least), and lovely as it is I am sure I will pick up a big tub eventually. The cream is my all time favorite body cream.
#57 Redken Frizz Dismiss Smooth Force Leave-In Spray: This is also something I have been through countless bottles of. A savior for my hair that easily dry out a bit after washing.
#58 Rituals Yogi Flow Shower Foam: Lovely product. I have had this in several scents and will repurchase for sure. The Happy Buddah scent is my go-to, but I may pick up this one again later on. Lovely shower foams from Ritals no matter what scent you prefer.
#59 Queen Helene Mint Julep Scrub: I’ve used this as a face scrub and it’s OK, but it kind of feels like a lower qualtiy scrub. The scrubbing grains are way to small and sparse for use on the body. It does the job, but lacks that feel of luxury. Won’t be buying this again.
#60 Garnier Fructris Hair Food Papaya: This one I did really enjoy! Nice hair mask that made my hair and scalp feel nourished. Hair food is for sure the right word! Would be happy to pick this one up again.
