Now, I haven’t done a proper update since June, and this will probably be the last update before I round of the project with my final post. Some parts of the project I have come a long way with, and other parts I have just lost hope. The beauty of project panning for you right there!
But we have a lot to talk about to lets get started with the update!
This was the picture of which products I had left last time. If I took a picture now it would be empty! I finished all of them! That means this part of the project is finished and I don’t have any more foundations or BB Creams to work on. So all of these are added to my list of finished products (end of post).
The L’Oreal True Match Concealer I finished this summer some time in August. I did not have the right shade so it only worked for me when I was really tan, but I am just not sure the formula of it managed to convince me. I just didn’t find that much special about it. That’s Why I will probably not repurchase.
The History of Woo Powder, the one I thought was never ending for a while actually has just a tiny bot left. I think by the mid of November this will be all gone! Which is good timing.
On the Adopt Eau de Parfum Thè Blanc you can see the progress no the bottle itself. Three marks for each update. I have to be honest and admit that I forgot about this one for a while, but now I am on it and expect to be able to finish it by the end of the year without any problem.
Now the last lipstick I had in the project, the L’Oreal Shine Delicieux Lipstick is now considered finished. I can get maybe a week or so use out of it still, but the mechanism to screw the lipstick up and down is broken and I really cant be bothered to finish this with a lip pencil. I think I can throw this in the trash with clear conscience. I got this when I was 14 years old. If you have already picked up my age you will faint. If you didn’t I am not going to tell you right now. I have cleaned it with alcohol though, and it smells and feels nice still if that helps (on a lipstick this old it kind of does not help, but hey, it’s gone now!).

The Too Faced Chocolate Soleil Bronzer I was so sure to hit pan on now in October, but still no pan to see around here! But I can see the rings in the bottom of the pan, so it can’t be that far away. I am not sure if I will reach my goal with this though, because now that I am more pale I will switch to the NARS Zen blush as a contour since that one is also in my project and haven’t been used all summer. But I will try to pull this out from time to time, and if I hit pan on Zen sooner than anticipated I might get some little extra time to work on this. Hope is not all out, but it does not look great either.
No new picture to show on the NARS Zen blush though. This is what I had left at my 2nd update, and the case is all the same now. I haven’t used it since then. But as soon as I get started with November and my new items of the month I will have this one back in daily use. It does have a dent so I am still hopeful I can possibly hit pan in November.

This though, is my never ending Glominerals Globlush “Papaya”. Can you see a difference? (Please say yes!). I have lost hopes for this one and I am starting to plan out some final desperate strategies to get some pan on this. I was thinking about applying blush twice a day. It won’t hurt my looks. I promise, because after half a day my blush is usually worn off no matter how good it is. But can I really be bothered? Time will show.
Anyway, this is a tiny blush I have used almost every day for 10 months now! It’s only 3.4 g, Why does this last forever?
But lets get over to something more fun! Eyeshadow palettes!

As you can see on this Certifeye Tropical Wonders Palette I did not hit any pans yet, but I got a lot of nice dents all over the palette. It can’t be long until I hit pan in Waterfall or Sunray. I almost expect to see some silver pan every time I use this!

The Zoeva En Taupe palette also took some damage since last time. It really can’t be long before I hit pan on Hour by Hour (Forth shade on top row). This is a lovely cool toned palette for everyday makeuplooks, and it’s in my monthly makeup bag in November which hopefully means I got some pan before the end of the month.

I had already reached my goal with the Modern Renaissance palette by Anastasia and I hit pan on Tempera. I have been using it a bit more since then, so I did get a slightly bigger pan and some more usage out of the other shades as well. But I am happy with what I’ve done with this one.

The Colourpop Yes Please palette also got some pan showing, which means I reached my goal with this one as well. That means I have two palettes left that I am working with towards the end of this year to hit some pan on. Wish me luck!

With the exception of the blush that seems never ending, and the Too Faced bronzer I expected to hit pan on already I would say i am pretty happy with the progress. Now I only got to the end of December to finish the project, and I expect to make a final summary either in the very end of December, or early January. So fingers crossed I will get some good progress until then.
I had a lot of fun panning this year. This was my first ever project pan lasting a full year. I am already thinking about what I will be working on in 2019 and I got a bunch of nice palette I plan to hit some pan on.
Do you have a yearly project pan this year? Are you going to reach your goals? Let me know!
XOXO
Mufavorites!
Wow! You made some great progress! Especially with the eyeshadows I am impressed, since I guess you do have a huge collection and also you do reviews and everything. So hitting pan on some of them is super amazing!

Thats why the monthly makeup bag is so handy. Thats what I use for my everyday makeup and the looks I do for the blog posts and reviews are manly done in the evenings or weekends. So I guess doing your makeup more often than the average person helps ☺️

I had so much fun with it this year I will for sure do one in 2019. But I will. Include more skincare and that kind of stuff because they are easy to go through. I also have some nice palettes in mind, so I am actually quite excited to get on with a new project 😊
