I Think I Love You – Makeuplook!

Just a short post with a makeup look made with the “I Think I Love You” palette from Colourpop. And, I actually think I love this palette! If you already follow me on Instagram you already know I posted this look a few days ago, but I wanted to make a more detailed post about it as well. I wanted to do it sooner, but I had pretty much to do lately and I just didn’t get around to do it.  The upcoming weeks I will have a little more spare time, and I am looking forward to sharing all the reviews and makeup looks I have planned!

Now lets get on with talking a bit about that gorgeous palette! Beautiful universal shades that are creamy, easy to blend and very pigmented. A got mixture of matte and metallics, and they even included a proper base color, some crease colors and a matte black. Just the way I like my palettes! All packed in a nice little rose golden packaging that is easy to store and does not take up much space. What is not to love? Anyway, without any more rambling, here is the makeup look I did using this palette only:

I used the shades “Rowdy” as a base and “Belair” in the crease to make the rest of the shades blend easy. Then I deepened the crease with “My Type” and kept on intensifying this with the black “Let’s Do It”. For the black i  used a thinner pencil brush instead of a crease brush to make the crease more cut. I also added the black to the inner corner, and on the lower lashline. I then put “Fancy Face” on the lid and popped a bit of “Better Bitter” on the very center. As a final touch I put “Level Up” in the center of the lower lashline and went over the dark edges with the black shade again to clean up and intensify.

The list of products used besides the palette is:

  • Anastasia dipbrow “Medium Brown”.
  • Lancôme Grandiose mascara.
  • Maybelline Master Drama Kohl liner “Ultra black”.
  • Lancôme Grandiose Liquid liner “black”.
  • Makeupgeek gel liner “Immortal”.
  • House Of Lashes in style “Boudoir”.
Top row L to R: Better Bitter, Belair, Fancy Face, Girls Bite.                    Mid row L to R: Howdy, Rowdy, My Treat, Level Up.                         Bottom row L to R: Screw It, Let’s Do It, Rule Breaker, My Type.

I hope you like this look, and hopefully got some inspiration. I really love the quality of this palette so I am really excited to continue using it.
