Luxury eyeshadows and pearl liner – Makeuplook

Everyone deserves some true luxury items in their collection. It creates a unique kind of luxury feeling to pull out a very luxurious item from your collection or makeupbag to play around with.

I used the Guerlain Ecrin 6 Couleurs eyeshadow palette in #68 Champs Elysèes. Probably the most expensive palette I own, at least if you consider the amount of shades you get for the price (Natasha Denona palettes are actually more cost efficient). A beautiful, almost monochromatic palette with taupes and greys and a pop of purple in the middle.

The packaging is absolutely stunning, and it is sooo heavy. A true collection piece just for the beauty of the packaging itself!

For this look I used the taupe shades mixed together in the crease, and the shimmery silver on the lid with a bit of white shimmer on top. I left the purple shade alone this time, but I actually make a look with this shade alone a while ago and you can see it on my Instagram if you would like to check it out.

I figured that a great thing to mix with luxury eyeshadows must be pearls! So I created a pearl winged liner with a white liquid liner from Maybelline and just regular nail art pearls on top. I really like how it turned out. Gives me major winter vibes!

Here is a full list of products I used in addition to the eyeshadow palette:

  • Lancôme Grandiose Mascara.
  • Anastasia dipbrow pomade “Medium Brown”.
  • Maybelline Master Ink Liquid Liner “Matte White”.
  • H&M Colour Essence Eye Pencil “Grand Cru”.
  • Duo eyelash glue.
  • Ebay eyelashes.

Hope you enjoy the look, and that you have a great sunday!
